Christmas is coming

Christmas is here. Since I was a kid I’ve always loved this time of the year… And I still do, even if the way I spend Christmas since I came to England is different. As you know there is no break in the Premier League -this is the busiest month of the season, actually- so it’s a very important period of the year when you can win -or lose- a lot of points in just a few days.

A special day in the Theatre of Dreams

To tell the truth, this is not the usual blog entry. I got home a while ago and I still keep a smile on my face. This Sunday in Old Trafford has been a day to remember. For Manchester United, the games against Liverpool are always special.

Let’s continue the winning streak!

Once again I’m writing to you from my hotel room because, as you know, we play in Southampton this Monday. Our position in the Premiership table is now better after defeating Stoke in Old Trafford last Tuesday.

Football is something to enjoy

I’m writing these lines right before going to bed. This weekend has been spectacular at the beginning, but very sad at the end due to issues unrelated to sport. On Saturday we won the first of two consecutive games in Old Trafford in just four days.

Two games at home to keep climbing

As I write this I’m listening to Ludovico Einaudi. I always -or nearly always- update my blog with his music playing in the background; I like it and it’s very relaxing. It’s been a quiet Sunday following Saturday’s victory. We have had an intense training session and we also reviewed the game in London.

Big game in the Emirates

The week that now comes to an end has been different due to the international break. There were no fixtures in the Premier League and that’s why I’m already looking forward to our next match on Saturday.
