An exciting month lies ahead

I’m writing today after taking a look at the calendar. I’m not one to think about the long term, but the weeks that lie ahead will be exciting, as well as difficult. We have started the month well with a win against Leicester.

Five years as a Red Devil

Today I want to start off my post by saying thank you. Honestly, thank you to everyone who has remembered that recently it was five years since I arrived at Manchester United. On this exact Monday, as my blog goes up, it is the anniversary of my first game as a Red Devil.

No letting up

We continue on our good run of results. To win seven games from a possible seven is not a simple task in any way, so we are proud and happy with how things have gone in recent weeks. But we want more. We know that we are on the right track, but the most important part of the season is still ahead of us. We have to continue in the same way if we want to achieve our targets, and we are all motivated to make the coming months very positive ones.

“Everywhere you go, always take De Gea with you”

Today I am writing this just after getting back home after our win at Wembley. It’s our sixth in a row, which as you can imagine is contributing to a positive atmosphere in the team. The time that we spent together in Dubai last week was good, we enjoyed the togetherness that these kinds of camps give you, and the sun always helps. On top of that, we worked hard to prepare for the game that awaited us in London.

A break to gather our strength

I am writing this first blog post of 2019 from Dubai. Last Saturday, after beating Reading in the FA Cup, we went straight to the airport to come here, where we will spend most of the week at a mini winter training camp. After playing five games in two weeks, this little break comes at a good time.
