ManU survive in Moscow

The Red Devils draw (1-1) against CSKA after finishing the first half behind on the score. Juan Mata, for the first time in the season, was not in the line-up and did not play any minute.

Manchester United grabbed a point from the Arena Khimki in Moscow (1-1) thanks to a goal from Martial in the 65 minute. Mata was on the bench for the first time this season. Van Gaal justified his decision on the minutes already played by the Asturian player.

The trip to Moscow was complicated before hand and so, United noted the difficulty from the beginning. The CSKA took the lead with a goal in the 15 minute, what suposed a heavy burden until Martial levelled with a fantastic header. After the equaliser, United controlled the game although they could not score the winner. Mata did not play. Fellaini, Blind and Depay were the subs used by van Gaal.   

In the other group match, Wolfsburgo won PSV (2-0) and are top of the group with 6 points, CSKA and United are behind with 4 points each. Once the game is over is time to focus in the derby ahead against city rival Manchester City, both teams fight for the leadership of the Premier. Juan hopes to have more protagonism in the game, as he is been doing since the start of the tournament.
