For every footballer, playing for your country is amazing. That’s how I feel each time I get a call-up. I made my debut with La Roja on the 28th March 2009, in a 1-0 victory against Turkey at the Bernabéu. I started on the bench and then I came on, replacing a good friend of mine: David Villa.
