Juan Mata played again with United after recovering from his ankle injury. The Asturian, who missed the games against City, Madrid and Barcelona, came back for Man United’s match in Norway. The Red Devils, with Juan in the starting eleven, beat Valerenga 0-3 and really gave good sensations for next season.
Fellaini, Lukaku and McTominay were United’s goal scorers, a team that has won 5 out of the last 6 matches played. Mata started playing and remained until half time, as Mourinho changed nearly all the players.
Two dates before the European Supercup, Juan proved he wants to reach his best level again. Sampdoria, next Wednesday, will be the last rival before confronting Real Madrid.
