Juan Mata re-assisted the ‘Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie’ as he is a friend of IWC Schaffhausen, a Swiss luxury watch company. The event, celebrated in Geneva, is a world class reference.
Juan Mata has participated in the new ‘Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie’ (International Hall of Fine Watchmaking), an event that is due every year in Geneva (Switzerland), at the ‘Parc des Expositions Palexpo’. Juan Mata has assisted as he is a IWC Schaffhausen‘s friend, a Swiss luxury watch brand.
“It’s a pleasure to be with IWC when they have achieved 150 years of existence”, said Juan to Radio Marca. The new Jubilee collection is inspired by the origins of IWC, during the second half of the XIX century. “It’s a beautiful model. I really feel identified with the style of the brand”, said the international Spaniard.
In the event he met Luis Figo and Juan Mata posed with him for some photos at the arrival. “I see and meet up with Luis Figo in these kind of events. It’s always fun to chat about football with him”, he said.
This International Hall, that is just about to reach 30 editions, is a world class reference. This time IWC has presented Jubilee, their new collection. Beyond these kind of events, Mata’s collaboration with the Swiss brand has been projected as well in caring initiatives as in ‘Young Athletes’ (promoted by the Laureus Foundation in Spain and the Special Olympics).
