Manchester United with Juan Mata in the starting eleven beat Los Angeles Galaxy on their first match of the pre-season (2-5). The Asturian nearly scored a good goal and assisted on the 0-2. Next rival will be Real Salt Lake.
Manchester United started their round of friendlies with a comfortable win against Los Angeles Galaxy (2-5). Juan Mata was a starter at Red Devils first match on their USA tour. The Asturian wants to be important since the first day and he proved it during the 45 minutes he played before Mourinho changed all the team at half time.
Juan was really good in two chances. A spectacular chip that was just about to get in was interrupted by keeper Kempin and then a good assist to Rashford, and the young United star converted into a goal. It was the second goal from the English striker. Then Fellaini, Mkhitaryan and Martial scored the other goals.
Mata proved again the great connection with Ander Herrera and Antonio Valencia. A relationship that promises plenty of happy moments for United fans. Next commitment will be Real Salt Lake in USA (Tuesday Dawn).
