Upsetting draw

Manchester United could not beat Bournemouth at Old Trafford (1-1) despite having chances to grab the three points. Juan played the complete match and played a decent game.

United drew one all against Bournemouth at Old Trafford. As happened before this season, the Red Devils had chances to win the three points but they could only beat Boruc in one occasion. Rojo’s goal was levelled by King, who was fouled inside De Gea’s area in one of the few arrivals of Bournemouth.

Juan Mata started the game and, played on the right or the centre, the movements of the Asturian and his precision with the ball were a constant threat to the rival’s defense. Juan ended the game with an 88% pass accuracy, also participated in three chances and crossed nine balls.

The draw leaves United without two important points in the fight for the top places in the league. A fight that will be put aside for a few days to focus on the Europa League. Next Thursday will face Rostov in Russia in the first leg (round of 16). A tournament that Mata hopes to conquer with the United kit after winning it with Chelsea.
