A thrashing from the first minute

Manchester United easily beat Leeds United (6-2). They were 2-0 in only 3 minutes. They have remained undefeated for seven Premier matches and are third, with a match less that the two first ones.

Manchester United thrashed Leeds United (6-2) on the 14th game-week of the Premier League. Unlike any other previous matches, the Red Devils didn’t need to comeback. On the contrary, United scored a goal since the beginning. McTominay was protagonist with two goals in the first three minutes. The initial 2-0 conditioned the rest of the match. Bruno Fernandes also made two goals (minutes 20 and 70, and this last one from the penalty spot), while Lindelöf and James completed the impressive productive offensive game from the locals.

Cooper and Dallas made the goals from Leeds United, a team that with their promotion to the Premier League can relive the historical rivalry against Manchester United. Solskjaer’s team continues with his good score streak. They have achieved 7 consecutive matches without losing in the League and are third, with a match less than Liverpool and Leicester.

With Christmas Eve ahead, United will have to change competitions during the week. On Wednesday, they’ll play against Ancelotti’s Everton on the EFL Cup Quarter Finals. A good opportunity for Juan Mata to return to the starting eleven.
