Manchester City, next challenge for Mata

The Spaniard wants to be decisive once more and his performance will be key for United to earn the three points and pass City on the table.

ManU has won four games out of its last five in the Premier, it has recovered the pace in Champions and is qualify for the next round of the Capital One Cup. A good run in which Mata has had an important role, scoring four goals and assisting six times in the season (3 goals and 4 assists in the Premier). His inspiration will be important to beat Manchester City at Old Trafford  (kick off Sunday at 14.05pm). The citizens are two points ahead of Arsenal and United. The first place is within reach.

Juan who did not play the midweek tie against CSKA, will face a team that always has created him problems. Mata has just score one goal, the third in a great victory last season (4-2). As a Chelsea and United player has won City in two occasions and some of the games he has lost to them were the end of the competition for United, 1-2 in the 2013 FA Cup semifinal or 2-3 in the 2012 Community Shield. At one of the best moments of his career, is time to break that negative record and give a step forward in the fight for the title.
