The Red Devils qualified for the quarter-finals of the FA Cup

United won Blackburn Rovers (1-2) and continues its good run in a tournament they won last year. Juan played the last minutes of the game. ManU will play for a place in the semi-finals against Chelsea.

Manchester United secured a place in the semi-finals of the FA Cup after beating Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park (1-2). Juan played the last minutes of the game where the Red Devils had to fight back. Graham took the lead for Rovers, but Rashford made the equaliser ten minutes later and Ibrahimovic, in the 75 minute, scored the winner.

Mata, in the line-up the past few games, started on the bench. Alongside him, Ibra and Pogba were the rotations Mourinho choose. The Asturian substituted Rashford and help the team controlled the ball and so maintain the result.

United victory places them amongst the best 8 of the competition in which they’re defending the title conquered last edition. In the quarter-finals Juan and his teammates will face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge (the tie will be played the 10, 11, 12 or 13 of March). The Spaniard hopes to lift his third trophy of the FA Cup, after winning it in 2012 and 2016.
