United lost to Feyenoord (1-0) in the opening day of the group stage of the Europa League. Juan Mata played 63 minutes, the Red Devils lacked of accuracy in attack.
Manchester United started the Europa League with a defeat. Mata´s team was edged out by Feyenoord at De Kuip (1-0), and now has to win the next two games of the group if they want to maintain their options in the tournament.
Juan started the game and disputed 63 minutes. Either from the wing or in a more central position Juan tried to make more consistent United´s attack. Nevertheless, nor him or his team-mates created any danger constantly. Feyenoord, well-organised, did not give any chance in defense.
In two weeks time, at Old Trafford, ManU have the chance to get back on track, it will host Zorya Luhansk from Ukraine with the aim of stay alive in the competition, a special one for Mata. But before that, the Red Devils will travel to Watford on Sunday, kick off at 12 am.
